GoOverland tents come with a 2-year warranty

For 2 years from the date of purchase, GoOverland will repair or replace defective parts free of charge. 

Our warranty does not cover the following problems:

• Normal wear and tear, aesthetic imperfections due to normal use (discoloration of vinyl windows, scratches/dents on the hull, etc.).
• Damage attributable to the customer (misuse, accident, storm damage, etc.).
• UV damage: fabric deterioration caused by ultraviolet rays.
• This warranty is valid only for customers who have made a direct purchase, and does not cover second-hand purchases.
