Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you return your tent, a 3% refund fee will be applied. You will have to pay the return shipping costs to our warehouse, whose address will be communicated to you after your return has been validated.

Cancelled orders: Our website supplier retains the transaction fees for all cancelled and refunded orders. You will be charged a 3% cancellation fee for all cancelled orders, which will be deducted from the refund.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has left the distribution center in France.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase. ALL original accessories must be included in the roof tent, otherwise a charge will be made for each missing part. Tax applies. A photo of the unopened box in its original condition is required. If damage occurs during return transport, it will be charged to the buyer. Upon receipt of the returned item, the tent, box and accessories will be inspected.

Damagesand problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it. If you receive your tent in a visibly damaged carton, immediately take photos and open the carton in front of the driver to ensure that the tent is not damaged. The shipping company will not accept any claims for damage if the recipient signs for and accepts the product as is.

Refund
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded using your original method of payment. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns over €200.

Exchanges: We will only exchange goods if they are faulty or damaged. In this case, please contact us immediately.
